Chapt 1: the traits of the structure of our ESWL

According to the difference of outside looking, control system, electrode, localization system, there are several types of ESWL.

• There are 3 main parts in the first type of ESWL: Therapy Bed, Electrical Box and Control Table. Although it have the stainless steel outside and the power system, it have the bigger volume and the higher price. Its localization is made of the copper and the shock wave is raised by hydraulic single impulse.

Developed from JC-ESWL-B Generation 1 Mode，there are 2parts in the Generation 2 Mode: the Therapy-bed and the Control-box. Its controlling, shooting, location, shock wave system are same as ESWL Generation 1 Mode. There is much room under the Therapy-bed to fix the high-voltage electric system and recall the electric box. More importantly , the price of Generation 2 Mode is lower than Generation 1 Mode.

The bigger development of the structure and control system comes at the JC-ESWL-B Generation 3 Mode. There is only 1 part: Therapy-bed under which is an operating box, which is small, smart, and operated by the touch keys. The smaller control and high-voltage system can be fixed in the Therapy-bed, and its shooting, location system is new designed which can convenience work with Ultrasound system.

The merit of JC-ESWL-B Generation 4 Mode is its location system, which is designed to a parallel shooting, location system. Its shooting system can run around support point, which can locate the best angle to patient body.

According to the difference of shockwave, there are 3 kinds of ESWL generation 3 or 4: Single Impulse Shock Wave Electrohydraulic Lithotripter, Double Impulse Shock Wave Electrohydraulic Lithotripter, Electromagnetic Shock Wave Lithotripter.
